Turns out the error was because I had a space in the name of the folder I installed to and so the PATH variable had a space. Is there any way to fix this? You have to download and install separately.
And thanks so much too, Oracle. As such, I suggest this question would be better asked on one of the other StackExchange sites, such as SuperUser. The denoted module was not found.

This was also checked by me. A bit Windows inare you sure? Post as a guest Name. Quick note since sysrem is one of the first entries when you google the problem: Oracle really doesn’t like it when you specify an installation path with spaces in it: Sign up using Facebook.
The installation manual requires the PATH variable to be set the same directory. This question appears to be off-topic. A first check yields that the DLL does reside in the path given in the error message.
